What I do and more importantly what I don't do

I charge up front.

I don’t need to have to convince you to use my service.

My AptStar has been around for 14 years.

I don’t show you 14 apartments.

I may only give you information for 1 or 3, and sometimes perhaps even 4.

Why?

Because you only need to see the best.

I will probably help you with things you don’t even know you need help with. Like getting back your security deposit on your current apartment, or help you understand that maybe you already have a good deal and getting you an even better deal on the apartment you already have.

What I do is unusual.

I am a renter’s advocate. I am on your side. I am not a commission driven real estate agent whose only goal is to line my pockets.

I am an expert in connecting the dots between you and the apartment best suited for you.

So, no, you won’t see 14 apartments. You may only see 1 or 3 or 4.

I won’t take you to see these places. Rather I will give you information on who to call, tips on what to say and even what not to mention in order that you will be the person the landlord will accept even if he or she has 3 other applicants.

Again, no, you won’t see 14 apartments. You will only see the ones best suited for you. With a better landlord. In a better building. It might only even be one apartment.

My AptStar is not for everyone. It was never meant to be. Fourteen years of connecting people to their perfect apartments affords me the luxury of deciding who I help and who I pass on.
